1.三黄鸡半只,洗净切小块。

2.锅内放入清水没过鸡块,放入姜片,大火烧开,用凉水冲去浮末,沥干水分。

3.放入大碗内,加入一勺料酒,一勺生抽,拌匀腌制20分钟。

6.剩余杭椒,小米椒,香叶,八角,花椒备用。

7.剩下的杭椒和小米椒切小段。

8.锅中置油,放入花椒,香叶,八角爆香。

9.放入葱姜。

10.再加入切碎的干红辣椒和小米椒。

11.加入一勺生抽一起翻炒。

12.加入腌好的鸡块,大火爆炒。

13.加入适量,加入适量的白砂糖炒至鸡块断生。

14.最后加入剩余的杭椒和小米椒炒至断生,适量加入盐翻炒均匀,再加入适量的鸡精翻炒。
